Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt for you to receive a refund or exchange. Returns received after 30 days, qualify for exchange or merchandise credit only. Returns made for reasons other than damage, defect or our error must be returned postage prepaid. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping cost. C.O.D. returns cannot be processed. Be sure to insure the package and obtain a receipt from the carrier as proof of return.

Damaged Deliveries
If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection, otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored.

Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery Items
In-stock merchandise will ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Standard ground delivery time averages between 5-7 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know the expected delivery date. Our standard carriers require a street address. Items ordered together do not always arrive together.

Direct Shipped Items
These items are shipped to you by our manufactures. "Direct Ship" products are made to order by craftsmen, so additional time is required. Please allow 3-4 weeks. You will be notified of any delay over 30 days.
